  They messed up my grandmother's name..IN THE OBITUARY!!! We had people calling us saying"I never knew that's what her name was.." You can't get another obituary, once it's in the paper, it's in the paper!!

  Not recommended- they provide very little guidance at a trying time and their motto might as well be; "well its up to you". "Accidentally" published the wrong time for the service in the newspaper essentially forcing us to reschedule it and even so some people showed up at the wrong time. Ordered the wrong casket and then "did us the favor"of SUBSTITUTING a CHEAPER one that was less objectionable then the wrong one they ordered at the same price that we paid for a more expensive one. Became downright belligerent when I asked them to mail us the death certificates that they should have sent to us weeks before- insisted that I drive over there in person to pick them up... at the time I was calling them from the emergency room where I taken my grandmother in for treatment. Just plain weird. Apparently they used to be good but have gone downhill after having been sold to new owners. Avoid.
